By accessing or using PulsePing ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PulsePing provides website uptime monitoring, alerting, and public status page hosting. Users can create monitors that periodically check their websites or APIs and receive notifications when downtime is detected.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. You are liable for all activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly via LemonSqueezy. You may cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for unused time.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to monitor illegal content, launch denial-of-service attacks, or violate any applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

PulsePing is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including downtime missed due to monitoring delays.

7. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
